Legal Frame stems from the will to provide the client with the legal framework and the legal perimeter of reference from which any legal assistance activity must start.

It is only by clearly defining the limits of the framework within which one may move that the Client can be fully aware of what can or cannot be achieved, and therefore only by this approach is it possible, in our opinion, to produce a useful result for the Client.

That is why the reasoning for naming Legal Frame is the same as the one that animates the legal profession and is directly linked to the targets that the Firm strives to achieve every day for its Clients: clearness, transparency, communication, quality, strategy, minimising risks and optimizing results.

Legal Frame wants to be the baseline for every Client, creating the “frame” of every legally feasible and successful project.

With regard to the handling of engagements, we guarantee clearness, confidentiality and promptness of services, favouring the creation of a direct and trustworthy relationship with each Client. 

Furthermore, before commencing the professional activities, we submit to the client an offer of assistance and a detailed letter of engagement, so that all services are agreed with the Client with the utmost transparency and in detail.

As regards assistance to companies, our experience has shown that in order to meet their needs, it may be useful to design a cooperation modality which foresees a periodical and continuous presence of the lawyer at the Client’s offices. As such, we are daily partners of our Clients and we also physically accompany them in each of their projects, from planning to implementation.

Legal Frame adopts an absolutely flexible pricing policy, by adjusting its fees also in relation to the number and importance of the mandates conferred by each single Client, as well as, as far as possible, to the actual results to be achieved.
