The Firm provides advice and assistance on all aspects of employment and self-employment for the daily management of human resources in the company.

To this end, the Firm provides, first of all, in close contact with the client, support through contractual services including the drafting of executive and non-executive employment contracts, non-competition agreements and activity-limiting clauses (confidentiality, stability and staff transfer agreements), agency, brokerage, distribution and outsourcing agreements, as well as collaboration and self-employment agreements.

In day-to-day business, Legal Frame assists companies in the management of multiple employment relationships through transfers, changes in duties and other working conditions; supports the company in the development of disciplinary proceedings; provides for the drafting of incentive plans and stock options, identification of remuneration policies; drafts company regulations and assists in their application; handles the drafting of complex transactions with directors, executives and key managers; assists foreign clients in order to ensure compliance of company personnel policies and practices with Italian law.

Legal Frame directly handles litigation on the national territory in disputes relating to employment, self-employment and agency relationships. In particular, in the judicial field, the Firm offers assistance in cases concerning appeals against dismissals and disciplinary sanctions, mobbing and other discriminatory behaviour, ascertainment of the employment relationship, salary differences, change of duties.

The firm also deals with issues relating to the conclusion of agency mandates, with particular regard to financial advisors, as well as disputes concerning the termination of such contracts, with the consequent issues relating to compensation for notice and/or severance pay.
